Among the pure black pork produced in Kagoshima, it accounts for less than 1% of the total distribution volume, so ``Rokukokubuta'' boasts a top-class brand that is said to be a myth, and its distinctive feature is that it has six white spots on its body.The meat is fine-grained and crispy, with plant-based feed such as sweet potatoes added to the feed.Due to the high amount of amino acids, the meat is soft and has a slight sweetness.Please enjoy our famous shabu-shabu.
