"Rokuhaku Kurobuta" is a top-class brand that is said to be mythical as it accounts for less than 1% of the pure black pork produced in Kagoshima in circulation, and is characterized by having six white parts on its body.The feed contains plant-based feed such as sweet potato, which gives the meat a fine texture and a good bite.Because it contains a lot of amino acids, the meat is soft and has a subtle sweetness.Please enjoy our specialty shabu-shabu.
